One to one personal training providing tailored support to help you build your fitness and improve your relationship with exercise.
How it works:
After the initial consultation where we discuss past experiences, goals and your expectations of using a personal trainer, we’ll go through a fitness assessment to determine where you’re at in terms of ability so that we can find the appropriate next steps in designing a programme tailored to you. We will also try to identify your barriers in improving your health, fitness and well-being and work together in how we can best support you.

Virtual Training
Virtual personal training offers you the chance to train from the comfort of your own home and build your fitness without having to attend a gym.
How it works:
